What has froogle done for your business?

I have just recently started adding some of my products on froogle its been over a week and not one sale has came from froogle.

Just wondering how other people feel about froogle and how much traffic and sales it gives you? any tips on optimizing my froogle store?

Same here a waste of time. I know you've probably heard something along the lines of what I am about to say, but I'll be a broken record anyway. I was able to draw about 50 to 100 more hits to my website a day by putting up some of the stuff I could take the chance on losing some money or breaking even on up on ebay. Doubt that is helpful and I am rambling.

I tried to use froogle, and came to find out that you can't use it to sell any affiliate type products like amazon. So, as far as I'm concerned, it was a big waste of time.

Froogle can be hit or miss.

What is working right now for some of my clients is to use Froogle to get customers in the door. Then using a strategic promo to get them to buy.

One example is using a few "choice" sale items to lure customers to the web site, then use free shipping ($50 or more) and strategically cross promote other items to get them to purchase more than just the sale item. Then immediately email promo them with a coupon that expires in 2 weeks if they tell a friend.

The conversion rates on this technique are quite good compared to other avenues. Of course you can put whatever twist on it you want.

Just my 2 cents. Hope it helps.
