Yahoo Rankings

Hi! SEO Expert. I wanna ask if there's a change in algorithm of Yahoo. Before I thought that Yahoo gives more importance to content but now I'm thinking if stills work on my site. The sites is rich in content but I don't know what happens. Some of my targeted keywords has good rankings in google and MSN but in Yahoo out of 10 keywords I only see 2 keywords that has rankings in top 100 of Yahoo. Any suggestion or reaction are welcome.

Thanks

Do you rely heavily on sitewide links or lots of links from a single domain? These used to work well in Yahoo until very recently.

Yahoo has become rather unpredictable these days. I agree that Yahoo pays a lot of attention to on-page content as well as backlinks. But as to what it takes to keep the top rankings at Yahoo, it is unclear to me now. I have some sites that ranked very well at Yahoo. As those sites' rankings increased at Google, the Yahoo rankings were on a roller-coster.

To me, I trade No.1 Google ranking with No.1 Yahoo ranking any day. My experience is that top Google rankings bring in 10 times the visitors over top Yahoo rankings. So, if I can keep Yahoo rankings up, great. If not, I am not going to lose any sleep on it.

Send a message via MSN to pawan
It is hard to understand the algorithm of yahoo and what kind of things it prefers for position.
