I just noticed that in msn and live search result most of the top sites are blogspot sites.

I am wondering why msn love blogspot to much since blogspot is owned by google.

I totally agree, I have done several tests on this subject...

Getting listed on page 1 on MSN takes less than 48 hours..

first, choose a blogspot domain name with your chosen keyword phrase in the name, for example if you are selling, and your primary keyword phrase is.. cheap flatscreen monitors.
The name you would create would be cheapflatscreenmonitors.blogspot.com

Next create 1 post. Do not edit the sidebar, header or footer and in the post simply put cheapflatscreenmonitors, buy.. cheap flat screen monitors and maybe another 5 -10 words.

Of course for your new site to be found, you will need to link to it. It doesn't need to have high page rank, 1 or 2 is fine providing MSN visits..

Chances are within 48 hours your 'new site' will be on page 1 of MSN in 48 hours..

MSN's algo weights too heavily fresh and updated content and does not weigh heavily enough the quality of the actual content - this of course favors the blogger and WP type splogs - this will probably not last a whole lot longer - Just my opinion

good quality contents are much loved by search engines like msn.. so I think MSN ranks site which has a good content and not only because it is placed in blogspot..

Everytime I try to sign up for blogspot it times out
and doesn't complete to next page. This is at 10:58 p.m. Alaska Time
