Question Suggestions for my newly designed sites

Hello Everybody,

I am a web master and designed some new sites for my clients. I want you people to go through them and suggest me how can still make them search engine friendly?. My websites are
Patil Industries
Bharath Auto Industries
Shree Hospital Equipments
Shraddha Computers

I read somewhere that if u register the domain just for one year google might not give you a page rank as it consider these sites to be spam.Be frank and post your valued suggestions. I m thanking u people in advance.

Thanks
Shakil

I only saw the Patil Industries site. I would get rid of the flash. It doesn't serve any useful purpose, other than distraction.

Your site is a mix of css and old-styled html with lots of tables and <font> tags. You can easily reduce the amount of html codes to half by cleaning up those <font> tags. You have too many nested tables. That is okay, but with a bit of css, you can reduce the number of tables.

I saw you use <h5> tag at the page top for some keywords. I'd use H1 or H2.
