You can use the PHPAdsNew to serve your Google Adsense code. It'll actually let you limit the amount of times an ad is displayed to the same user, so that you can better manager your click thru rate. It's a pretty sweet ad server and it'll let you do all types of monitoring. I highly recommend it.
