I don't think it's banned as such as new, it's not particularly search engine friendly and doesn't have any links. When did the site go up?

I'd strongly suggest you lose the frames and boost the text content on the homepage.

Also when I looked at the page with javascript enabled (as a search engine woud do) I couldn't view any of the text content on some pages. There's no way you'll rank if a search engine can't find any text to index.
