I think this would cause an overflow. But...

There is no limit on the length but it is recommended to only go to 4 directories deep. A directory name should only be two words seperated by a Hyphen (-) and the webpage should contain only three words seperated by a Hyphen.

The more backslashes (/) there is in a URL the more negative G considers it.

If you look at many of the CMS or Shopping Cart systems, they are using upto 128 char all the time with no problem.

I try to stay in the 64 max range, use Hyphens and stay at 3 backslashes.
