I just want to ask that does it make difference if any site belongs to USA and hosted on UK server , because i have seen some of the site who is not having any back links and ranking on the google .

So please tell me your suggestions .

Although many say no, I think it does. We moved a site from one hosting company to a major player in Dallas. A simple "drag and drop". Within 3 months without changes, the site ranked higher for the keyword phrases and PR.

The rep of the host does affect the site. Or it could just be the higher speed of delivery of the new site.
