One of my site is redesign but coding is change in html to div. now my site in div. please suggest me for SEO point of view. Pr and ranking is same of site or change. Any other effect.

Can you please elaborate more clearly so that we can give you any relevant suggestions for your problem. What coding are you talking about? If coding is what you were worried of, I believe there is no effect unless you changed your meta title. description and keywords. It helps a lot to have these optimized and it would hurt your site if you try to play around with these three.
