Internet Explorer Capability through CSS website

When I'm surfing the net, I observed that there is a bug or error in using Internet Explorer browser through CSS website. Is there any way on how to solve this error?

Try updating you Internet Explore. Go to microsoft website and download free updates

Well it is not as cut and dry as that. Was it just one site? The CSS could be flawed....I notice errors in FireFox as well. Borders are extended, lines are uneven etc...Sometimes hitting refresh fixes it all up...

some site don't test their site in other browser.. that why they don't see that theres an error..maybe try to other browser...
